The dataset brings together records relating to the Basler Kaufmännischer Verein between 1924 and 1995. The material is derived from the annual reports of the Basler Handelskammer, in which the association was documented alongside other organisations connected with the Chamber. Records from successive annual reports are consolidated across the full period while retaining their respective year and source reference. The dataset provides a longitudinal record of the association and permits changes and continuities in its documented composition to be traced across more than seven decades.
